The 2021 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese is clear, precise and flinty on the finely reductive but very precise and elegant nose. Highly delicate and finessed on the palate, this is a very intense but weightless and saline WSU of the best class and style. It is also complex and very long. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
