Super concentrated and succulent with a delicacy and refinement that must be smelt and tasted to be believed. So many exotic fruits and flower aromas there’s no way to count them. Glides off in the direction of infinity. Enormous aging potential. Very limited production. Drink or hold.

The 2021 Juffer-Sonnenuhr Auslese (Gold Capsule) is concentrated and fresh on the savory, lemon-scented nose. On the palate, this is a sweet, lush, very intense and rich, stimulating, saline and lemon-bitter Auslese that is voluptuous but also zesty and delicate. It's made to be aged for at least 15 to 20 years. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
