These are some of the oldest vines Olivier Bernstein works with, over 90 years old – and they certainly bring an extra level of concentration. In 2021, this is beautiful. It offers a nose of sweet red fruit – cherries and strawberries, but the texture offers much more serious depths. Mineral with a chalky yet lush texture, it’s juicy with a firm framework behind, moreish now yet guaranteed to offer much more with time in bottle.
