2020 Summer Dreams - Super Chill Pinot Noir

The 2020 Pinot Noir Super Chill mainly fermented in puncheons (approximate capacity 0.4 tons each) and always stayed cool as a result. All destemmed and sorted berry-by-berry, each puncheon may take a month to six weeks to finish fermenting. The result is a delicate, detailed offering, with charming notes of ripe strawberries and cherries, plus intricate herbal nuances. It's medium-bodied, nicely silky and streamlined, with a long finish.
