Note di degustazione
Brilliant, green-hued straw. Vibrant, mineral-accented citrus and orchard fruits and a suave floral nuance on the perfumed nose. Juicy and precise, showing energetic lift and cut to the fresh Meyer lemon and pear flavors. Manages to be powerful and lithe at the same time and finishes sappy and long, with notes of honeysuckle and orange pith coming in late.

Tangerine, orange blossom, spice, and some white peach notes all emerge from the 2017 Condrieu. Brought up in a mix of barrels and stainless steel, it's a balanced, medium-bodied, classic expression from this appellation that will keep for 2- 4 years. This tiny, family-run estate is located in Condrieu and covers 4.7 hectares in Condrieu, just under 5 hectares in Saint Joseph, and 3.9 hectares in Côte Rôtie. While no 2016s were presented, they’ve certainly fashioned some beautiful 2017s.
Tasted blind. Banana, peach and cream on the nose – classic and full, with body that sits heavily on the palate. Low in acidity, and high in alcohol, making the finish warm and thick. (RH)
