Wittmann's 2021 Riesling trocken 100 Hügel (or 100 Hills in some export markets) offers a clear, elegant, bright and fresh bouquet of ripe white fruit, such as Golden Delicious apples, intertwined with notes of fresh-cut grass. Entirely vinified in stainless steel, this is a charmingly round and fresh, very elegant, straight and stimulating dry Riesling that is easy to drink, even for Riesling aficionados. 80,000 bottles produced. 11.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022.
