2021 St Joseph Blanc

I loved the 2021 Saint Joseph Blanc, which has a beautifully balanced, medium-bodied, vibrant profile that's very much in the style of the vintage. Honeyed stone fruits, citrus blossom, spice, and a kiss of minerality all define the bouquet, and it's going to continue to drink brilliantly for at least 3-4 years, and I'd guess keep for upwards of a decade.
