The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc leads with snow peas and brine, followed by green lime, lemongrass, a hint of tatami mat and loads of tropical nuances. In the mouth, the wine is balanced, tropical, viscose and intense. It's not complex or even very long, but it's bang on in terms of flavor. This is good summer drinking here. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

Full bottle 1,313 g. Certified 'Sustainably Crafted'. Quite rich and tropical; vivid fruit, rounded acidity giving the impression of being full-bodied, despite the low 12% alcohol. Vibrant. (TC)
White tea and chalky edge to the citrus and stone fruit. Some almond blossom, too. Mineral with a medium body and crisp finish. This would score more highly with a little more concentration and length. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink now. Screw cap.
