Composed of 35% Shiraz, 31% Cinsault, 17% Tinta Barocca, 13% Grenache and 4% Touriga Nacional, the 2019 Family Red Blend is red-fruited, spicy and mineral with notions of dusty leather and ripe cherries. Medium-bodied, the palate is fresh and juicy while offering flavors of potpourri, red peppercorn and wild raspberry and shows a balanced structure with lively acidity and lifting tannins. The wine glides to a delightful, complex and food-friendly finish. Give it a try; it’s quite lovely.
