The flagship label, aged in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. Fresh lemons, vanilla pound cake, candle wax, and sweet dark fruits on the nose. Rich, soft, and floral on the palate, with notes of melted butterscotch, chocolate, raisins, cocoa powder, and whipped cream, all deliciously balanced. The finish offers plum pudding and chocolate ice cream. Pleasantly light-bodied but complex, given weight by its nicely hefty ABV. (Release date: Ongoing)
