The 2019 Bernkasteler Badstube Kabinett is bright, clear and fresh on the subtle nose. Round and juicy on the palate, this is an intense, sustainably structured, very long and characterful Kabinett with a mouthwatering and refreshing finish. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.

AP number 07 20. Light, very fresh, clean nose. Green apples and light spritz. Lots of very clean acidity. Seems lighter than 10%. Stony finish with medium persistence. Strongly stony character. Already a joy to taste. (JR)
