Lots of spice on the nose, with excellent fruit intensity on the nose that gives a mix of cherry and redcurrant. It’s on the subtle side of the grand cru spectrum, but has a definite sense of grandeur and elegance. Un-intrusive tannins make this ready for early consumption. (RH)
