NV Le Lude Brut

Made of 64% Chardonnay and 36% Pinot Noir, the NV Brut has classic, fresh yellow citrus and green apple notes. There is a softness and clean freshness to the expression that quietly presents soft leesy characteristics here. On the palate, the wine is precise, crisp and fresh with fine mousse and zippy acidity that makes me crave fresh seafood. It was aged for 30 months on the lees and an additional six months in bottle. 55,000 bottles were made.
