2017 Lieser Niederberg Helden Trockenbeerenauslese

The 2017 Lieser Niederberg Helden Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese is a shiny, bright and piquant TBA that combines concentration (grapefruit aromas) with purity, finesse and "mineral" freshness. Lush and round on the palate, this is a noble, textured, raisiny, fresh and elegant Riesling TBA with a long, stimulating finish with wholemeal bread or pumpernickel flavors. This is a generous, soft but precise, lemon-fresh and salty-piquant Riesling of great class and style. Fabulous. Tasted in March 2019.
