Note di degustazione
The 2017 Granite Chenin Blanc has a floral nose with hints of mineral, citrus peel and touches of oak. The medium to full-bodied palate is softly spicy with an elegant texture and pure expression, finishing long. This is an impressive wine, bravo! It was made using native yeasts and minimal sulfur.

The 2017 Granite Chenin Blanc has a very well defined bouquet with a stricter and more linear set of aromatics that need more coaxing from the glass than the 2016. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity - perhaps a more refined version of the 2016 – and features veins of ginger toward the poised and quite persistent finish.
