Pure, intense and fruity on the palate. this is a medium-bodied though full-flavored, very elegant and energetic Cabernet Franc full of vitality, grip and authentic expression. The finish is aromatic, fresh and full of tension, and reveals a lovely oxidative tone. This is great Saumur rouge to be served with meat and even fish.
