Tasted next to the Late Bottled version in June 2018, the 2015 Ried Zieregg Sauvignon Blanc is very intense and perfectly ripe on the nose but still precise and chalky. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with good freshness, fine tannins and great elegance, this is a perfectly round and persistent Zieregg that was bottled unfined and unfiltered in July 2017.
