2004 Warre's LBV

The 2004 Late Bottled Vintage Port was bottled in 2008 and is a field blend (Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cao) bottled with no filtration. It offers a rich, ripe, heady style as well as lots of plums, black olive, spice, and fig notes in a balanced, delicious, high-quality style. It opens up nicely with time in the glass and I suspect will keep for another decade or more.
