2014 Riesling Vieilles Vignes

The 2014 Riesling Sélection de Vieilles Vignes is clear, deep and intense on the nose, with concentrated lemon and lemon-grass flavors along with greenish aromas of rhubarb and other spring fruits. Complex and well structured on the palate, this is a pure, lean, straight and salty Riesling for true Riesling aficionados. The intensity and complexity is only beginning here, and the wine needs a few years to reach its full potential. At the moment it is pretty austere.
