2015 Bourgogne Blanc

Clean and clear in the glass, shimmers with a lemon intensity. On the nose, first a big hit of minerals, then lime, a touch of quince and faint honeyed notes. Lots going on but the overall impression is a remarkable clean freshness. This continues on the palate, gorgeous vivid acidity followed by minerality and citrus fruit, all very precisely defined, focused and in great harmony. Mouth-watering on the long, refreshing, finish.
