Note di degustazione
From an organic estate set up by Burgundian legends Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Classic pale salmon pink in the glass. Red fruit on the nose, strawberry and raspberry with just a touch of spice. More crisp red fruit on the palate, cut through by a vibrant, fresh acidity that is beautifully refreshing. Elegant, chic and sophisticated rosé, perfect for summer drinking. Apr 2016, FINE+RARE

Light bright orange. Lively and focused on the nose and in the mouth, displaying fresh red berry and citrus fruit character and a suggestion of succulent herbs. Racy and refreshingly tangy in style; a deeper cherry note emerges on the back half. Finishes with good, zesty thrust, leaving a bitter orange pith note behind.
There seems to be a bit of reductive, sulphurous aroma on the nose. Delicate red fruits on the palate with reasonably full body. Trying to be Provençal but not quite managing. (RH)
