Very Australian! Okay but too tart and lacking fruit to be really fine. (JR)

Intense, pure lime aroma with a hint of kerosene-like TDN showing already, which seems a touch premature, though it is bottled under screwcap, as you would expect. On the palate, there is freshness and intensity but it's a bit brash. It should gain in complexity but unlikely to get any more subtle or nuanced. (JH)
Fresh, bright limey citrus. Piercing freshness (pH 2.84, TA 7.9 g/l). Very dry, almost lean but the delicately chalky texture complements the linear fruit. Just a touch watery on the finish. (JH)
Bright straw. Displays nervy, mineral-laced citrus fruit and floral scents, plus a building note of quinine. Dry and steely on the palate, offering tangy grapefruit and green apple flavors and a hint of tarragon. The refreshingly bitter finish displays very good clarity and bite.
