Punteggio 93/100 · Da bere 2017-2027, David Schildknecht, Vinous, Nov 2017

Mirabelle and white peach, lime zest and coriander, along with a marine mingling of salt, alkali and kelp, make for an intriguing, complex nose; and what follows does not disappoints. Incisive suggestions of iris root and raw ginger add invigoration to the aforementioned elements on a glossy, glycerol-rich palate, leading to a vibrant, interactively complex finish, albeit one whose alkalinity and sheer absence of sweetness pull in a slightly austere direction.

Punteggio 93/100 · Da bere 2020-2030, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate, Dec 2016

The 2015 Goldloch Riesling GG opens super ripe, intense and concentrated on the nose, with ripe fruit and Mediterranean herbal aromas--like dried white bread with olive oil and rosemary flavors. On the palate, this is a rich, powerful though pure, complex and elegant Riesling with herbal flavors and a super ripe, concentrated fruit aroma in the finish. This wine is pure and rich at the same time, and I wonder where it goes from here. The finish is long and intense, showing good grip and intensity.

Punteggio 18.5/20 · Da bere 2016-2025, Jancis Robinson MW, Aug 2016

A clean and green herbaceous freshness excites the olfactory perception, and on the palate zesty grapefruit and lemony acidity add their virtues to a truly vibrant Grosses Gewächs. Still quite taut and barely revealing glimpses of a mineral treasure which only time can bring to the surface. (MS)
