Just a hint of classic Prüm smoky/mineral overlay. Crushed rock dust. Ineffable purity of citrus on the palate. It just flows across the palate in a cleansing swoosh of fruit and freshness. Generous in its off-dry fruitiness but perfectly balanced between sweetness and acidity. GV (JH)

This 8.5 percent alcohol bottling features site-typical prominence of lemon and grapefruit with bittersweet suggestions of citrus peels, cassis and huckleberry. Lithe and polished, it finishes with stimulating brightness, rapier penetration, and prodigious persistence. Sweetness is the last thing you’re apt to think about while drinking it. Time will certainly bring further complexity, though crystalline and alkaline stony notes already lend nearly limitless intrigue.
The 2015 Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett (AP 8) is discreet on the nose, but shows a very subtle smoky aroma. Light and juicy on the palate, this is a round and lush Kabinett with good intensity, grip and length. It is denser, more concentrated and tighter than the Badstube Kabinett. No need to hurry in drinking it.
Appealing nose of very pure Mosel Riesling. Impressive undertow. Very juicy and precise. Featherlight. Very racy. (JR)
