Quite funky, but there\'s also plenty of peachy fruit here. The wine is not only seriously powerful, but it flexes those muscles with impressive ease.

Much more opulent nose than its counterparts from other addresses. Still a few fermentation aromas around, plus some lemon barley water. I wonder whether they are making a very long-term style, which is why their Freundstück shown this year was a 2014? (JR)
The 2015 (Forster) Jesuitengarten GG opens golden-yellow in color, though still cloudy. It is deep, ripe, rich and with mealy, crushed-stone flavors and lemon aromas. Full-bodied, round and piquant on the palate, this is a very elegant and salty Riesling. The wine has power and a ripe, intense and aromatic fruit. However, it does not have the depth, complexity, and incredible purity and tension of the Pechstein—and even not of the Ungeheuer, at this stadium.
