The 2014 Perdeblokke Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc has a little more definition on the nose than the 2013, slightly chalkier and suggesting a touch more energy. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, green apple and lime, with a touch of stoniness towards the finish. There is good sustain here in the mouth - a very composed Sauvignon Blanc to savor over several years.
