2012 Uhlen Laubach

Some people seem to find more fruit in the Laubach than I do, but certainly at this infant stage the vegetal and herbal notes seem to have the upper hand. It has been compared to burgundy, and with a definite flinty notion it may bear a passing resemblance to a premier or grand cru chablis. Tight and compact, it will need to be given time to unfold its wings of complexity. (MS)
