2014 Cotes du Rhone Blanc

(raised in a 50/50 combination of used oak and stainless steel): Pale gold. Fresh pear, melon, white flowers and ginger on the perfumed nose. Round, fleshy and energetic in texture, offering juicy pear and citrus fruit flavors enlivened by zesty minerality. At once rich and nervy, with very good finishing focus and spicy persistence.
