2014 Vouvray Sec Le Haut-Lieu

I tasted the 2014 Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu Sec again and was surprised by the irritating dominant versatile flavors on the nose, which I didn't notice last year. The palate is pure and mineral, full of freshness, grip and tension. This is a vital and firmly structured Chenin that is pretty young and should be aged for several years.
