Note di degustazione
Orange-pink. Vibrant, mineral-tinged aromas of red currant, raspberry and pungent flowers take on a suggestion of tangerine as the wine opens up. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering sappy red berry and rose pastille flavors and a hint of chalky minerality. Expands and deepens on the long, juicy finish, leaving behind a suave framboise note.

The Delorme brother's make one of the greatest rosés in the world and the 2014 Tavel Cuvee de la Reine des Bois is no exception. Made from 60% Grenache, 15% Clairette and the rest Syrah, Cinsault and Bourboulenc, it has almost overflowing notes of framboise, wild strawberries, salty minerality and hints of crushed flowers on the nose. These all flow to a seamless, elegant and layered rosé that has remarkable purity and freshness, yet stays true to Tavel with its beautiful fruit, texture and length. It doesn't come cheap, but it's about as good as rosé gets. Drink it over the coming year or three.
Bright orange-pink. High-pitched yet expansive aromas of fresh red berries, blood orange and potpourri, complicated by an intense mineral element. Racy, spicy and pure on the palate, offering concentrated raspberry and orange flavors that deepen with air while maintaining vivacity. Blends power and vibrancy deftly, finishing with outstanding length and resonating minerality.
