45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% M erlot, 22% Malbec Blackish purple. Definitely simpler nose than most at first but then it opened up. Very dry finish. Unctuous. Very dense. Maybe denser than the average Bordeaux? Extremely ambitious. Slightly simple sweetness. And then some raw acidity became ever more obvious in the glass. (JR)
