Note di degustazione
The oak in the 2010 Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon is more subtle than in the 2005, while the cassis notes are turned up and more concentrated. Still showing some vanilla, this medium to full-bodied wine still probably has another 10 years left in the tank, as evidenced by the long, mouthwatering finish.

Very dark blackish crimson. Sumptuous nose of great ripeness but no sweetness. Definite cassis but also herbs and balsam. Really refined and complete. (JR)
Mid ruby – not that deep. Lively with good lift. Quite restrained. Delicate. Very obviously Margaret River. Unadorned. Dry finish. Needs food! Lightish and lively. Bordeaux would add another few layers, I think. (JR)
Leafy and just a touch minty. Refined texture, the tannins beautifully fine and upright. Still a baby. More finesse than concentration. A lot more to come though it gives pleasure now. (JH)
