Da bere 2016, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Oct 2016

The 2013 La Tour Figeac has a rather conservative earthy bouquet that lacks a bit of vigor and animation. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin, slightly bitter with a rather hard and clipped finish. This was showing well enough from barrel, but here in bottle it does not pass muster. I will afford it another year or two in bottle.

Black cherry, ample and broad on the nose but goes suddenly dilute on the palate. Peters out on the finish. (RH)
