Note di degustazione
Their 2013 Bandol Rose is solid, with notes of sweet cherries, watermelon and tangerine in a medium-bodied, classy, refreshing style. It’s exactly what you want from a Rosé and it should keep nicely for another year (or longer if you’re so inclined). The blend of the 2013 is a direct press of 60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 20% Cinsault, aged all in stainless steel.

60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, 20% Syrah. RS <2 g/l. Mid salmon. Rather simple, tight nose but good broad fruit on the palate. Very pleasing for current drinking but I suspect it won’t last that long. (JR)
(50% mourvedre, 25% cinsault and 25% grenache): Light, bright orange. Aromas of redcurrant, pit fruits and orange zest are focused and lifted by a mineral element. Juicy, palate-coating red berry and nectarine flavors are concentrated yet lithe thanks to bright acidity and a hint of gingery spice. This ample but lively Bandol rose finishes with noteworthy power, an echo of chalky minerality and an exotic honeysuckle flourish.
