70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot. There is a sweaty, herbal edge to this which makes the nose a little impure. Pretty tough palate. Hessian texture. (RH)

This is rich and decadent with black-truffle and dark-berry character. Full body, juicy and rich, with soft tannins. Burnt orange, too. Lovely tannin tension. Second wine of Branaire. Drink or hold.
