1.5 m of snow during February. Lots of water reserves! Then warm and dry. No water stress. Pale gold. Real twang on the nose – if that isn’t volcanic-influenced, I don’t know what will be! Light pear juice fruit and this spine of firmness. Very long and dense. Great nobility. (JR)

Palish straw yellow. Cool spicy grapefruit with minerally notes. Grapefruit-like acidity but ends really closed on the finish, or just doesn't want to come out. A little chewy too. Needs time to open up. (WS)

Straw yellow. Quite powerful, sweet and savoury fruit nose. Intense and concentrated, with notes of grapefruit and just the right acidity. (WS)
