2006 Pey La Tour Reserve

Mid crimson with real richness – some chocolate – on the nose. All stops seem to have been pulled out to present a wine with initial appeal on the nose but the acidity is a bit pronounced. Much less meagre than some might expect but not that much fun. (JR)
