A sweet floral bouquet is followed by a glossy, oily palate impression and flavors of white raisin- and citrus zest-laced apple jelly. Very refined and poised, with a rich and complex finish of flowers, brown spices, citrus, white raisin and subtle slate. (Incidentally, there is no "one-star" Auslese here this year.) 2 stars.
