2007 Tokaji Late Harvest

(12% alcohol; a 50/50 blend of furmint and hárslevelû): Medium straw. Aromas of apricot, ginger and macadamia nut. Offers better verve and acidity than the 2009 Hárslevelû Late Harvest wine but also a slightly advanced nutty quality to the flavors of apricot, honey and exotic herbs. Less obviously sweet than the 2009 Hárslevelû but the nutty element is worrying.
