Tangerine, lime and blueberry aromas. Juicy and smooth on the palate, with a lime sorbet character accented by salty mineral notes. Very pure, clear and bracing, with a genuine Kabinett elegance and delicacy. 1 star.

Aromatically demure, the mineral-scented 2003 Riesling Kabinett Oberhauser Leistenberg offers a light to medium-bodied personality filled with fresh herbs. Satin-textured and deep, it sports a powerful underlying minerality, excellent richness, and a gorgeously long finish. Drink it over the next 10 years.
