Continuing The Wine Soc’s Burgundy 2006 fest... Particularly dark crimson. Mossy, hedonistic, compelling Nuits nose. Masses of autumnal fruit and lots of weight – and, still, a bit of tannin. This may not quite be at its peak. Good wine though. (JR)
