(a 50/50 blend of marsanne and roussanne, raised in used barriques Green-gold. Pear, melon and white flowers on the lively nose. Deeper pit fruits on the palate, which is creamy in texture and a touch warm. Juicy but a bit loose-knit for this cuvee, with rather soft acidity. A bitter lemon zest note adds verve to the finish.
