The 2006 Chardonnay has a stunning nose: beautiful definition and sense of mineralite with wonderfully integrated oak. Touches of almond and hazelnut, this is a “Meursault doppelganger.” The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a beautifully poised, lemon curd and apricot tinged finish. Great length and focus: sublime.
