33% Merlot, 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc. Mid cherry red. The classic combination of this vintage – plenty of fruit, just ripe, fresh and aromatic. More leafy on the palate but so refreshing and elegant, the tannins finely tuned. Good length too. (JH)
