No botrytis. Pale greenish straw. Quite a lot of evolution on the nose and cold cream on the palate with quite a bit of gentle sweetness. The acid seems quite low because I was previously tasting Grosset wines! RS 56 g/l. (JR)

Rather unsophisticated next to the Chardonnay. Masses of residual sugar (56.5 g/l) without quite enough purity. Big and muscular as a Riesling! (JR)
The 2010 Pure Riesling has pronounced lime, peach blossom and lemon peel aromas over notes of fresh herbs and fennel seed plus a whiff of chalk dust. Light bodied and fully sweet in the mouth, it has crisp acid and lower alcohol, finishing long and steely. Drink it now to 2015+. Importer: Infinity Imports LLC, Los Angeles, CA.
