70% Sauvignon, 30% Sémillon. Fermentation and ageing in one-year-old oak barrels. Deep straw. A not-disagreeable overlay of ripe peaches and masses of fruit in the middle. A little bit of heat on the end. Broad but (just) not fat. Big and bold. (JR)

70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon. Fermented and aged in one-year-old oak barrels. Chewy and crunchy. Good and appetising in a green apple sort of way. Off-dry and easy. Just a bit simple. One of the few to show a bit of sulphur. (JR)
70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon, 80% fermented in ex-Sauternes barrels, the rest in steel. Tangy aroma of orange zest. Very very fresh with grapefruit pith tang and a very slight grain. Refined and lively all at once. Fine dry length. (JH)
