1995 Old Block Shiraz

Bright red-ruby. Dark berries, espresso, smoked meat, bacon fat and nuts on the nose. Red berry and spicy oak flavors are given good definition by sound acidity. But the acids are a bit noticeable on the moderately persistent finish. May still round out with more time in bottle.
