2010 Arcane

The spectacular 2010 Saumur Blanc Arcane, 100% Chenin Blanc, is priced slightly higher than the $25 cut off for this report, although I suspect it can be purchased for that price if you drive a hard bargain with the retailer. It is an elegant, flowery white offering lots of caramelized citrus, buttery melon, and wet rock/gravelly notes in a medium to full-bodied, beautifully concentrated, super pure, fragrant style.
