Bright ruby-red. Perfumed, jammy aromas of cassis, raspberry and game. Ripe, lush and sweet in the mouth; this is really fat with fruit. Conveys a softness without being heavy; there's enough acidity here to give the wine structure and freshness. Really compelling primary fruit flavors. Finishes with ripe, soft tannins.
