2006 Vouvray Sec Le Mont

Light yellow. Pungent citrus and orchard fruits on the nose, with hints of tarragon and smoky minerals. Concentrated lemon and orange flavors start off tight and gain flesh and depth with air, eventually showing a musky mango quality, along with a nervy citrus character. Finishes with strong, chewy length and an echo of dusty minerals.
